Here it is.......my very first quilt top, all finished. It's a twin size for my granddaughter Lilly. The blocks in the 9sq are 3 inches each, the corner squares and strips are both 2 inches. I'm working on the back right now. Instead of a plain fabric back I've opted to make several strip sets (for lack of a better way to describe it) from the fabrics in the top. I started it last week and hope to have it finished sometime this week. Then it's on to the actual quilting (that I have yet to start practicing). As I mentioned before, no need to buy those expensive quilts when you can make one and do so in the colors and style you want. Until next time.........
